Compared with mechanical transmission, the steel bending machine with hydraulic transmission has lower noise, higher operation efficiency, lower energy consumption, compact structure and more convenient maintenance and use. The body part of the reinforced bending frame is the carrier of other parts, which is mainly composed of high frame, low frame and connecting frames on both sides. The frame body adopts the welded structure of Q235A steel plate, shot peening pretreatment before welding, and annealing after welding to eliminate internal stress, which has strict requirements on welding quality.
