In the current construction project, the steel processing part of the steel bar straightening machine construction site has operating procedures for various types of work and links. The work of the steel bar straightening machine is guaranteed by the operating procedures, and the processing accuracy requirements of the steel bar are also guaranteed. In the steel bar straightening machining project, it is an indispensable part of machining steel. Here, the operation steps of the reinforcement work are summarized.
A) The use of steel bar straightening machine must meet the following requirements:
1. The steel bar straightening machine needs to be installed stably. The motor must have reliable zero position protection. The material rack and the material trough should be flat and aligned with the centerline of the guide cylinder, orthodontic cylinder and lower knife hole.
2. Select the straightening block and the straightening speed according to the diameter of the steel bar straightening machine. Bars less than 2 meters in diameter or greater than 9 mm in diameter should be straightened at low speed.
3. Do not open the protective cover to adjust the gap. Do not wear gloves. If the shield is not covered and the straight block is not secured, the rebar will not penetrate.
4. Before feeding, tie a 1-meter-long steel pipe in front of the pipe, and cut off the non-straight end. The rebar must pass through the steel pipe first, and the hand must keep a certain distance from the pressing roller when the rebar straightening machine inserts the rebar. Then feed it into the guide hole at the front of the bracket.
5. Mechanical tools and objects are not allowed to prevent vibrations from falling on the body.
6. If the steel wire is messed up or the steel bar falls off the frame, it is necessary to stop the processing of the steel bar straightening machine and place the rebar on the ring frame smoothly.
7. The straightened steel bars should be divided into small bundles according to the size and quantity. Scattered steel bars need to be properly stacked and cleaned up in time.
B) When using the steel bar cutting machine, the following regulations must be observed:
1. Before operation, make sure that the blade of the steel bar straightening machine is installed correctly, whether the blade is cracked, whether the bolt of the tool holder is fixed, and whether the protective cover is firm. Then manually pull the pulley to adjust the blade clearance and check the gear meshing clearance. After no operation, check whether the operation is correct.
2. Hold the steel rod tightly when cutting, and straighten the steel rod before cutting. When cutting multiple steel bars at the same time, the total cross-sectional area must be within the specified range.
3. When the steel bar straightening machine handles the steel bar, the distance between the hand and the blade must be at least 15 cm. If the clip of the short material is less than 40cm, use a sleeve or clip to clamp or clamp the short end of the steel bar. Direct feeding by hand is strictly prohibited.
4. It is strictly forbidden to directly remove the broken ends or debris near the knife end by hand when the machine is running. Non-operators are not allowed to stay near the knife edge within the swing range of the rebar.
5. When the machine is abnormal or the blade is deformed, it should be stopped immediately for maintenance.
